The Rheology Meeting will be held in the new Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Monona Terrace Convention Center (One John Nolen Drive), beginning with a Welcome Reception on Sunday evening at 7:00 PM, and ending at noon on Thursday.

The Exhibit Room will be available for setup on Sunday afternoon, from 12 Noon until 7:00 PM, and will be open to participants Monday through Wednesday, from 8:00 AM until 5:15 PM. Take down is scheduled for Wednesday evening from 5:15 - 6:30 PM. We are requesting that exhibits remain in place until 5:15 PM Wednesday. All refreshment breaks will be held in the Exhibit Room, "Hall of Ideas E - F," to allow for maximum exposure.

Each Exhibitor will receive one full conference registration, which includes access to program sessions, receptions, refreshment breaks and conference materials. The Tuesday Banquet is not included in the registration fee and must be registered for separately.

Also provided is one 10' × 10' space for display, with one 8' skirted, linen-covered Exhibit Table. Any space needed beyond the 10' × 10' space should be reserved as an additional booth. If your exhibit is self-contained and you do not require a display table, please check that on the Exhibit Registration Form.
