Exhibitor Information

Exhibitor Registration Deadline: September 22, 2005

Exhibitor Registration includes one full conference registration and entitles one Exhibit Representative access to all sessions, receptions, refreshment breaks, and conference materials. Each exhibitor will be provided with a 10' × 10' wide space. Additional setup or equipment can be provided on request. Tables and normal electrical services will be provided at no extra cost. Exhibitor Registration Fee   for one 10' × 10' wide space	$1,350 (USD) each
Monday Banquet Ticket    Menu choices: Meat   Fish   Vegetarian	$65 (USD) each      through 9/2/2005 $75 (USD) each      after 9/2/2005

Registration fee and cost of banquet ticket are in U.S. dollars. Tickets for the Banquet must be purchased separately. Payment can be made online with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express.
