Exhibitor Information

Exhibitor Registration Deadline: September 14, 2007

Exhibitor Registration includes one full conference registration and entitles one Exhibit Representative access to all sessions, receptions, refreshment breaks, and conference materials. Each exhibitor will be provided with a 8' × 8' wide space. Tables and normal electrical services will be provided at no extra cost. Additional setup or equipment can be provided on request. Exhibitor Registration Fee   for one 8' × 8' wide space	$1,350 each
Tuesday Banquet Ticket    Menu choices: Filet mignon with garlic prawns   Herb chicken with salmon   Vegetarian	$55 each      through 9/7/2007 $65 each      after 9/7/2007

Registration fee and cost of banquet ticket are in U.S. dollars. Tickets for the Banquet must be purchased separately. Payment can be made online with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express.
