| The Society of Rheology 85th Annual Meeting will have ten
thematic sessions and a poster session, which includes the annual
student/post-doc poster competition. The plenary lectures will be given by
Theo G.M. van de Ven (McGill University, Department of Chemistry),
Pierre Carreau (École Polytechnique de Montréal, Department of Chemical
Engineering) and the 2013 Bingham Medalist,
Gareth H.
McKinley (Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Department of
Mechanical Engineering). A presentation will also be given by the 2013
Metzner awardee,
Patrick T. Underhill (Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Department of
Chemical and Biological Engineering). Authors should submit an abstract by
May 17, 2013 through
the World Wide Web using the
SoR abstract submission
site. The planned
