Exhibitor Early Registration Deadline: September 4, 2015

Exhibitor Registration includes one full conference registration and entitles one Exhibit Representative access to all sessions, receptions, refreshment breaks, and conference materials. All other company personnel associated with the exhibit are required to register individually.

Each exhibitor will be provided with a 8' × 10' wide space, one table and basic electrical service (one 20-amp electrical outlet). For other information, contact the Local Arrangements Chair Kalman Migler at kalman.migler@nist.gov.

The meeting exhibitions will be held in Constellation AB (room dimensions 52' × 119'), which is located immediately adjacent to technical sessions. Morning and afternoon coffee breaks will be held in the exhibition hall.

Exhibitors can start setting up Sunday October 11th at noon. The exhibitor show will end when the Wednesday afternoon coffee break is over. Exhibitors must vacate by Wednesday October 14th at 8 pm.

Free Wi-Fi will be provided in the exhibition hall.

The registration fee and cost of banquet ticket are in U.S. dollars. Banquet tickets must be purchased separately. Payment must be made online with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. Three weeks before the meeting, the Local Arrangements Chair will contact each exhibitor in the order registered to discuss placement in the exhibit area.

Receiving or Shipping

Special arrangements must be made for receiving any equipment, goods, displays or other materials that will be sent,
delivered or brought into the Hotel. (This excludes delivery of any food or beverage items that are also sold or
furnished by the Hotel.) Failure to do this may result in deliveries being refused or materials being unavailable
when required. The Hotel's receiving entrance is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Any
materials being sent to the Hotel must be marked as follows:

  1. Hold for Arrival - Attn.: Guest's Name, Organization Name

  2. Complete Return Address

  3. Number of Boxes (Example: Box 1 of 2 and Box 2 of 2)

  4. Address Package to Hotel as follows:

There will be a receiving charge of $7.00 per package and $200.00 per palette.

The Hotel does not accept any liability for equipment, goods, displays, or other materials that arrive unmarked or
fail to arrive at the Hotel. The Group is responsible for insuring its property for loss or damage. Please notify the
Hotel in advance of shipments in excess of 200 lbs. The charge for guests shipping from the Hotel without their
own account is the standard shipping rate, depending upon shipper, plus handling charges. Handling charges are
subject to change without notice. Due to limited storage space, additional storage charges will be applied to
packages stored more than three business days.
