Exhibitor Early Registration Deadline: January 6, 2017

Exhibitor Registration includes one full conference registration and entitles one Exhibit Representative access to all sessions, receptions, refreshment breaks, and conference materials. All other company personnel associated with the exhibit are required to register individually as regular meeting registrants.

Each exhibitor will be provided with a 8 ft × 10 ft wide space, one table and basic electrical service (one 20-amp electrical outlet). For other information, contact the Local Arrangements Chair Prof. Don Baird.

The meeting exhibitions will be held in Audubon A (room dimensions 85 ft × 46 ft), which is located immediately adjacent to the technical sessions. Morning and afternoon coffee breaks will be held in this areal.

Exhibitors can start setting up Sunday February 12th at noon. The exhibitor show will end when the Wednesday afternoon coffee break is over. Exhibitors must vacate by Wednesday February 15th at 8 pm.

The registration fee and cost of banquet ticket are in U.S. dollars. Banquet tickets must be purchased separately. Payment must be made online with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. Three weeks before the meeting, the Local Arrangements Chair will contact each exhibitor in the order registered to discuss placement in the exhibit area.

Receiving or Shipping

The Hotel's receiving entrance is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We can accept shipments no sooner than one week prior to your meeting. If you are sending boxes, please address them as follows:

The Hotel does not accept any liability for equipment, goods, displays or other materials that arrive or fail to arrive at the Hotel. The attendee is responsible for insuring its property for loss or damage.

There will be a receiving handling fee of:

$8.00 per box (less than 50 lbs.)
$10.00 per box (50 – 75 lbs.)
$25.00 per box (over 75 lbs.)
$50.00 small display
$75.00 large display
$100.00 per pallet

For any outgoing material shipped by Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay, the attendee is responsible for shipping materials (boxes, tape) and filling out shipping labels for each package to include their credit card number or shipping account.
