The Society of Rheology 89th Annual Meeting will have eleven thematic sessions, a poster session (which includes the annual student/post-doc poster competition), and the new Gallery of Rheology poster session (which includes the first Gallery of Rheology competition). . The plenary lectures will be given by Kristi Anseth (Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering, the Howard Hughes Medical Institute and the BioFrontiers Institute, University of Colorado at Boulder), Roger Bonnecaze (McKetta Department of Chemical Engineering, The University of Texas at Austin) and the 2017 Bingham Medalist, Julia A. Kornfield (Department of Chemical Engineering, California Institute of Technology). A presentation will also be given by the 2017 Metzner awardee, Aditya S. Khair (Department of Chemical Engineering, Carnegie Mellon University).

Authors should submit an abstract by May 12, 2017 through the World Wide Web using the SoR abstract submission site. The planned sessions and the corresponding chairs are given below.
